Yuzu Flavour

Yuzu is a citrus fruit originating in East Asia, known for its distinctive aromatic profile somewhere between lemon, mandarin and grapefruit. Its characteristic flavour comes from a complex mixture of volatile aromatic compounds found in the fruit's peel and juice.

We use yuzu flavour to give our drink a fresh, sharp citrus profile that balances the naturally bitter and earthy notes of the active ingredients.
