Cancellation policy

Pre-orders

Some products may be available to purchase before they are in stock and ready to ship. When you place a pre-order, you are purchasing a product that will be fulfilled at a later date.

The expected shipping or availability timeframe will be shown on the relevant product page at the time of purchase. Please note that estimated dates may change. If there is a significant delay, we will let you know.

You may cancel your pre-order before it has been fulfilled by contacting us at hello@visibledrinks.com.

If your pre-order has already been fulfilled or dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled as a pre-order. Our standard return and refund policy will then apply.
