1. Scope

These Terms of Service apply to purchases made through the Visible online store operated by Visible Drinks UG (haftungsbeschränkt). Full company and registration information can be found in our Imprint.

2. Products and Orders

The presentation of products in our online store does not constitute a legally binding offer. By placing an order through our online store, you submit a binding offer to purchase the products in your order.

After placing your order, you will receive an electronic confirmation that your order has been received.

3. Prices and Payment

All prices displayed in our online store are shown in euros and include applicable statutory VAT where required.

Any additional shipping costs will be displayed before you complete your order.

Available payment methods are shown during checkout.

4. Pre-orders

Products marked as pre-order products are not available for immediate dispatch.

The estimated shipping period will be displayed on the relevant product page. Estimated shipping dates may change.

If there is a significant change to the expected shipping period, we will contact you using the email address provided with your order.

5. Delivery

We deliver to the destinations available during checkout. Information about shipping costs and estimated delivery times can be found in our Shipping Policy.

6. Right of Withdrawal and Returns

Consumers have statutory rights of withdrawal where applicable. Information about exercising these rights can be found in our Return and Refund Policy.

Your statutory rights in relation to defective products remain unaffected.

7. Retention of Title

Products remain our property until payment has been made in full.

8. Liability

Our liability is governed by applicable statutory law. Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability where such limitation or exclusion is not permitted by law.

9. Governing Law

The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.

If you are a consumer and have your habitual residence in another country, mandatory consumer protection provisions applicable in that country remain unaffected.
